1. About HeySunny

HeySunny creates handmade bags and accessories in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in color, stitching, texture, sizing, and placement may occur. These differences are part of the character of handmade goods and make each piece unique.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device.

Product measurements are approximate. Because items are handmade, slight differences may occur from piece to piece.

3. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other concerns.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

HeySunny is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management. We will do our best to help, but HeySunny is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, we may have limited return and exchange options.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted on unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been started, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, heavy wear, stains, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
